1. How do I get a W card?

   W Card can be obtained by an individual only for Rs. 2999/- via below sources  Logon to www.senatorinternational.in , fill in the application form, and our sales executive will connect with you within 24 working hours.

    

2. What is W Card?

   W card is an “assistance cum discount card” for any individual/household. It offers you exclusive discount offers with over 100 brands and 5000+ outlets across sectors.  It is pan india valid card.  It helps any household ot save upto Rs.25000/- in a year. 

   The savings increases with the increased usage of the card.

3. Is this a Loyalty Card?

   No, W Card is not a loyalty card, as there is no point earning system attached to it. It is a Instant Benefit Card wherein the customer can avail off the discounts from the first transaction itself.

4. Is there any limit to the number of times you can use the W Card?

   No, there is no limit on the number of transactions you can do on any of the brands.

7. How do I activate my card?

   You can activate your card by:

8. How do I use the W card at the partner outlets?

   1. Simply present/flash your card at the billing counter. The cashier will either scan your card or capture the card number and collect the appropriate amount after discount.

9. How do I obtain the discount offered by online vendors?

   Participating online vendors are listed on the booklet & the Senator Website. You need to enter a promo code along with the online order to avail the offer. For getting the promo code, please call our customer care at 011-32070065
